For five weeks now I've been trying to get support on a €200+ purchase. I sent specific information to them. Including a hand drawn diagram. I've asked specific questions I've had emails translated to German. I've done everything a consumer can do to work with them.
They asked me to authenticate my purchase. They then asked what was wrong. Despite three emails over two weeks they I ignored me.
Then despite detailing my issues they write back. Pictures look fine.
After that they've been ignoring me for a few more weeks. I got s reply saying this woman Connie would get her boss to look at everything in the afternoon asking me to be patient. Five more days later I emailed again.
Now without any troubleshooting or any idea what is wrong. Without anyone who understands atomizers looking at the information. She asks me to mail at my expense to her everything and just simple says. We can fix it.
They have bonuses what is wrong not could literally be a screw. By rather than spend five minutes working with me they want it their way in their hands.
I'm a reasonable person. If I thought for one minute they were going to be able to replicate my problems without specific instruction or fix it is krona my send it to them. But as it sits how after being ignored for s month and a half they simply can't instill that faith.
Asking for someone to answer a few yes or no questions and they can't do that indicates to me they've no idea what they're doin and no interest in being helpful. They want their money then they want you to buck off.
Do yourselves a favor. Nieves order from this place. They're absolutely awful. If you need something bit widely available here. Order from Le Petit Vapoteur. Who have excellent customer service. A wider selection and lower prices from products to shipping.
Stay away from Smokerstore. They don't deserve to be in business as far as I'm concerned.
For what it's worth this isn't a rant. And I don't want a ton of sympathy or any of that. I want people to have an honest recounting of what dealing with them was like and my opinion on it. Because they were mentioned by pbusardo I had faith in them. It's clear he's repeating vendors who send him things not places he's dealt with. I wish he was a by more clear on that. Not that it's his fault in any way. Just so people know he's not endorsing them.
