Smokestik help please

I am a new member, not new to vaping however. Its been a few months. I have the joye tech 510 and I actaully like the njpy pros that you can get at 7-11. I love using cartomizers so it was a no brainer for me to order a smokestik for my mother to try out and convert.

I dont want to deal with juice and dripping. I have a 4 year old and the least amount of stuff in the house is better for us. accident prevention. anyway I have been totally thrilled with the joye cartomizers I have been getting from cignot, plain old marlboro flavor 18mg nic. Figured that smokestik would be similar. I got it in the mail today. I ordered 2 packs carts and the hendu. ITs GORGEOUS love love the way it looks and feels. I started vaping it to prep it for my mom and omg I just about died. It is the grossest thing I have ever tasted in my life. I tried several different carts to make sure it wasnt a dud. it wasnt. The njoy that I use even tastes better than that. It is so bad that I had to brush my teeth and drink orange juice to try and forget the taste.

I have seen a few threads where people are saying its ok or they love them but I havent read anywhere that the taste was absolutely repulsive. What is wrong? I really want to love the smokestik and give it to my mom but there is no way I can covert her to vaping with a taste like that. What are my options, short of contacting smokestik and asking if they can take the unit back. I would normally just chalk it up to a bad decision on my part and forget it, but I spent over $130 to get this kit started. Im sick to my stomach over it.

I realize I could just get juice and someone fill it up with something better tasting but the issue is getting a 64 year old woman to do that. Never going to happen. now because my experience with different units is very limited, I ask if there are any other carts or options for the stik.

I do not understand why you don't want to mess with juice. It is simple. You can refill 10 cartos in 3 minutes, easily. Or you can spend a fortune and buy all new ones.

I think all pre-filled are nasty, but admittedly I have not tried the Njoy. But I own the SS Hendu and another 4081 - rarely ever use either for a variety of reasons.

Edit: Use the condom method to refill those SS cartos - simple. I only buy soft cap 510 now, so don't do that anymore, but there is no reason to throw SS cartos away when empty.

I guess I am going to have to use juices for my mother. is the Hendu a 4081 or whatever it is? am I able to purchase non SS carts or supplies that would be compatible with the Hendu? I could always just fill the cartos for my mother and leave the stuff at her house.

but for my personal use, I am just uncomfortable with having juice in the house, its a personal decision for me that my husband and I thoroughly discussed. My son has severe life threatening allergy issues so I like to minimize any chance of contact with odd chemicals/foods/flavorings.

I personally think the pre filled cartoz from SS are not bad. I think they have a little too much sweet flavor to them. The joye 510 cartz taste like plastic to me. Any way you cut it, its always best to get your flavor of liquid and try the BOGE 4081 cartz from Liberty Flights ..You wont regret it i promise. The hendu is a great unit. She might surprise you and like the flavor

I must have a bad batch because they taste like, I dont even know, rancid, bitter burning candle. Its not the same taste as when you start burning the fill. its like nothing I have ever experienced. and my mom stopped by this evening and I made her try. she asked me If I loved her and why I would do that to her.....lol so definitely a no go.

Yeah, same here. I thought they tasted pretty decent for pre-filled cartos. I am getting some Boge 4081 cartos from Liberty Flights, though. Much cheaper!
