You will receive a replacement battery within 5 business days (usually sooner). Please make sure your return address & name can be read - that's it! Please mark on envelope "non machinable" on lower left. A bubble envelope works best for the return or USPS Ready Post Cushion Mailer. All smoketip accessories have a 90 day warranty.
Pretty good so far, right? And they do what they promise. My USB passthrough died and the customer service rep sent one out within minutes of talking to her (online chat) - at no charge.
Customer Service;
I contacted them through their website. You submit a ticket and they get back to you. When I submitted my ticket, they contacted me within 10 minutes, it was 3:30 am EST. They had the problem resolved in 5 and I received my replacement USB passthrough in 3 days.
You can also call, but I haven't used that option.
Shipping:
Free on every order. If the order is below $59.00 it ships first class, if above it ships priority. Delivery is consistent (1-3 days) They automatically send you the tracking info and links with purchases and replacements.
*Note CSR Kristi seems to be a one-woman show. This woman is by far the most efficient CSR that i have ever dealt with.
From my experience with them so far, they stand behind their products and value their customers, which is a refreshing change for me.
The downside is that they are limited to a few items.
They offer only one design, a two piece system with prefilled cartridges.
They offer the cartridges only one way - a 10-pack for $17.99 when you order 3 or more. It's automatically calculated on the order form. Less than 3 packs and the cost is $19.95/10-pack
They offer 13 flavors plus a variety pack. (All PG based) They don't offer VG or any juice.
They offer a start kit for $59.95
