Smoketip sucks and screwed me hard!!

Hi guys,

I posted this in the new person section, but I think it belongs here as a message to everyone interested in doing business with them. A company that shanks a $500 customer is not worth much IMO.

After spending $500 with ST they really did me hard. I was working my way down to low nic so I finally made it to the 4 10 packs ($70) of 6mg I ordered from them... I grab a cart... empty... next one empty... next one.... next one in the other pack empty... next one... So I FREAK OUT and try them all:30 OUT OF 39 were empty (I tried one initially which worked). So I email them and their response is that they can't take them back and that MAYBE I SMOKED ALL 30 REALLY FAST. And they said that it was impossible for 30/39 to be bad. So after $500 in business they told me to FOAD. If I didn't happen to have some V4L carts on my desk I WOULD HAVE BEEN BUYING REAL CIGS. Guess that's not too urgent to crappy Smoketip. When you tell a $500 customer that maybe they went through the 30 carts real fast as your response then you SUCK!

Guess it's NO BIG DEAL TO SMOKETIP TO SCREW YOU ON YOUR WHOLE SHIPMENT AND THEN TELL YOU MAYBE YOU SMOKED IT REALLY FAST! A $500 customer, too!

Follow up! And three of their batteries just died in the space of three days... Glad I had some Bloog ones around or they would have screwed me AGAIN! Not even bothering with the warranty, I'm dropping them for Bloog bats.

Follow up again: their crappy pcc just broke.

For anyone thinking of using this company here is the line:

BATTERIES: They sell you crappy second rate batteries for like $19--180 power. You could be buying first rate batteries for much less from Bloog or Volt which have way more power. The Bloog bats don't have the crappy screw the ST battery does making them also easier to clean and better. AND their seal sucks so people often have to tape the holes for a better draw.Then when your ST battery dies cause it's a piece of crap you get to send it back at your expense and get a replacement one free. But you're already overspending for a pos anyway.

CARTOS: They tell you not to refill them --why? Cause they make a fortune bilking new vapers (like me) by selling them crappy cartos with the worst qc--some empty, some 1/2 filled (even mentioned on their own forums). And when you complain they tell you that you suck. You could be buying Bloog cartos and be saving the blanks for refills as they are the best 808ds.

PCCS: Their pccs charge THEIR bats 3 times cause their bats only are 180 which makes them lacking in power.

So the upshot is they sell some sorry crap for a higher price and toss in the free shipping and warranty to make it seem like a great deal. And new vapors--like me-- think they are great until the screw jobs come and you learn enough to realize this is a crappy upsale company under the guise of good CS.
