Apparently kids have found a new way to mimic smoking and now your kids can get in trouble for "Possession of Smarties". I guess these are going to get banned too so kids will have to grow up and use the real thing.

haha , you know when i read 'smarties' I thought of the sugar coated chocolate drops we have in the UK..and thought WTF...how !!!!!!
