Thikning about the person who said smoking as an addiction andvaping is an obsession, I agree but with me vaping is a Complete Addiction!! I can't put this thing down lol
I have 2 manual batts and use them with kr8081d cartomizers, one auto batt as well then 2 manual 510 batts and atomizers and one super mega batt for the 510 and man I vape continuously, granted I'm only a week in so I'm hoping it will fade off. I have tried vaping 45mg flavored juice and it was too strong i had to lay down, but 18-24mg I can vape constant and even seems 30mg I can too,I might need to try to mixup some 36mg or find someone who sells premade 36mg juice so I can take a break...
Still I love it so much beter than smoking and the toys are much better, you can only have so many cigarette lighters before they get old and boring, yet the ecig equipment always is fun :p

Anyonw got any tips? One thing I notice from the constant vaping is I lose ALL throat hit until I take a long break. Hoping its mostly cause i smoked menthols marb full flavors for so many years at a pack and a half a day that I just need time to heal before I will feel vaping fully.

This is a common experience that you can read a lot of within this forum. Time and experience will take you to new levels of enjoyment with vap'n. Just let yourself enjoy the process and it will level out.

The next level will be the march to get all the mods and special devices. Take your time, do you research and make informed decisions before hopping on the buy everyting in sight train.

Again, main thing is to enjoy your new hobby, habit, obcession, addiction......

After 1.5 months vaping and nearly 3 weeks now without an analog, I figure if I want to vape all day it is not a big deal. Started with 24mg in the morn then 18 all day but have moved to 18mg in the morn and 11 all day.
Maybe vaping all day is due to the fact that it is not as harsh as analogs and just tastes WAY better! Plus I have also discovered that I snack less since I can vape in the house and car. I may eventually move to 0mg liquids but I doubt I ever give up vaping. I just enjoy it to much!
As for the throat hit, it happens to me if the cart is to dry or the atomizer is getting gunky.

I guess I am not getting the addiction part of it. Been vaping for 2 weeks now. Haven't had an analog since I got my first kit in the mail last Tuesday. I use mine pretty much when I would have smoked. I smoked when I drove to work and on the way home and when we were drinking. If it was hectic at work, I might take a break and go sit in my car and have one. Occasionally I would have a few in the evening. Probably 5-6 cigs on an average day, but if I were drinking, I would chain smoke 1-2 packs in a few hours.

And now I find that I vape on the way to work, on the way home. And I chain vape when I drink. I'll take a couple of puffs some evenings and am only now getting to the point where I am making myself vape in the hour before bed. Tastes like crap - using the SleepyTime Green Tea Lung Juice - but it relaxes me like it did when I first started to take melatonin for sleep.
