Shipping Times?
Customs?
Any other general problems?
If I do order what is a safe amount to order? Any recommendations.

Hi Crazy is right. Most people will buy blank then fill their own. A lot cheaper that way.

I ordered a package with my first PV and a few flavours on thursday. Hoping it won't take as long as you guys, (I'm in ontario and I've heard the real slowdown with delivery is with Canada post not USPS). Ill let ya know when it comesin

It seems to vary. I average about 7 business days for my packages from NY to Ontario. The longest I have waited has been 17 business days.

Note to Best Vapour, Canada: The loud music that plays on your homepage is a huge turn-off! It startled me and woke up my girlfriend. If people want to listen to music while surfing the internet they usually just open up iTunes and play the song they actually like! Most websites figured that out years ago. I see that Best Vapour is a new site and I'm in support of having more Canadian distributors of vaping products so I hope this tip will be of use. Rock n Roll does not sell e-cigs.. they sell themselves!!
