I had a similar issue (regarding the confirmation that my order was shipped) a few weeks ago. I emailed and they replied the next day and gave me the tracking number and let me know that it was delayed. My last few orders with them arrived in 8 days, this one took about 2 weeks (although that was of no fault on SmokelessImage's part, as the tracking showed that it had left for the border about 2 days after I ordered it... Not sure if it was Canada Post or USPS that was slow/busy or something, but regardless, it arrived as ordered anyway - just a little later than expected.

USPS has been horrible lately. My packages used to take 2-3 days to get to me from Ohio, now they take 5-6 days.

Smokeless image has been having some growing pains the last couple of weeks. They are hiring more employees, upgrading their servers and opening a storefront in NJ. We have all had a hard time getting a hold of them on the phone. But the shipments have been going out. I just got another order today that still says "in processing".

I think right now, if you are having an issue, the fastest way to get a hold of them is to make a ticket then PM the SI rep "imagine". She is on the forum every day, usually late at night. Also, they just posted on their subforum, that they have the CS reps start work at 8am for answering emails but don't turn the phones on until 10am. So ou can try and call at exactly 10am.

They have assured everyone on their subforum that they are working on the issue and that everything should be resolved by the end of the week.

Sorry it took so long for you. That is not normal, they usually ship the same day or the next at most.

That's been my experience too. They built their reputation on fantastic service. I'm sure their glitches and growing pains are temporary and with the addition of the new hires they'll be back to their speedy processing.

They have been shipping, just having an issue with the notification system. The customer service is always stellar. Imagine, who is one of the people who works there is on the forum every day answering questions and helping people.

I did the same reading and they were highly recommended. I just started vaping and I am quite happy with my purchase......so much so that I went back and bought three more times in a week and a half. Get the Pro Starter.

The other stuff looked complicated to me and the Volt has been great. I had no plans to quit smoking actually and with the Volt, no analogs for over a week. I had one issue, they responded within a day and fixed it immediately. I dont work for Smokeless Image

Ego twist real good starter piece

They are a good company. Stuff is being shipped, but the emails letting you know they are shipped got glitched. Edit: The op has posted on the SI forum - so hopefully he'll get sorted.

The software glitch that Smokless Image has been experiencing has had little if no effect on their shipments it has only affected their automated notification of shipment. I have placed three orders in the last two weeks and all arrived in three to four days but two of them were during the software problems and I did not receive the notification of shipment, no big deal it's the receiving product that counts! I can tell you without reservation Smokeless Image is above reproach in both on time shipping and Customer Service. If they are suffering from anything it's a dramatic increase in business in the last month due to their stellar reputation here on the Forums. Hang in there and you will see, they will make it right if they already haven't done so.

Hey Thanks to Everyone who responded. Had it narrowed down to either Volt or the ego twist, was gonna go with Volt cause so many had so much good to say about it and SI, and it seems very uncomplicated (I'm really new to this and half of what I see on here reads like a foreign language :) Guess I'm just excited to get started and didn't want to end up sitting around waiting for too long...anyway thanks again for the feedback, not 100% sure which to choose, but I do feel better about ordering from them now.

My order status on my last couple went to "complete" sort of randomly...but I did get my first order in just a few days so I'm sure the second will be here.

Also, coming from blu then blu premium....just got my automatic x2 and clearomizer and it sealed the deal for me. I'm DEFINITELY done with analogs for good - this just feels and tastes so much better. This vaping thing is the real deal...I now understand the enthusiasm of folks on this board. Also, is this the benefit of the Ce3s as well? The wick thing just seems so much better than the tampon method regular carts use. Hopefully SI will get the Ce3s back in stock soon so I can try 'em.

I fear I'm jumping into the bottomless pit of vaping...soon I'll be shelling out the big bucks for the good stuff. What is the absolute easiest most effective way to vape? Is the variable voltage thing all it's cracked up to be, ProVari, etc...?

They just recently doubled their staff as they have become even more popular. I've always found the best way to contact them is either in the "ask Imagine" thread on their forum, or through tthe contact page on their site. They've always responded.
Folks here might be able to help you - what kit did you think you most wanted? I'd recommend either the Standard or the Pro - you need two batteries. With the Pro you get your choice between the two charging cases as well.

I tried calling on friday twice with no response. I however didn't leave a message. Just wanted to get some advice on which kit to go with.

Check out my video on YouTube about what to get. I suggest the volt pro starter kit. Also, spend the extra $1 and get the 78mm batteries. You get 50% more battery life. The 78mm batteries will last for about 3-4 hours of moderate chain vaping. (one 4 second puff every minute)

You want either the standard or the pro kit, some more cartos and/or juice, and you're set. Difference between the standard and pro kits it the charger. You're either getting a USB charger and wall wart, or a PCC. I originally got the PCC, but hardly use it. I ordered some USB chargers because I am constantly near a power source, and they charge faster plugged into the wall than the PCC seemed to charge them. Also check out the X2 batteries, they work as a passthrough, have longer battery life, and can be used with cartos, clearos, or Ces. I started with the 78mms and once I was sure I was sticking with vaping I got the X2s for longer use.
