smoktech epower 14650 and 510T

I have had my smoktech 14650 510 based e-cig for some time, and I am starting to get fed up with the carts, is it possible to use 510T tanks in lieu of cartridges? If so, would I need a specific atomizer for 510T cartridges as well?

your fed-up using cartridges or cartomizers, you say carts which are the prefilled cigarette filter looking things, if thats what you mean than of course your sick of them, they suck, you should try/research cartomisor which comes empty ( no juice in it) you buy that seperate whole different ball game, cartomisor has the atomizer built in

510-T tanks are designed to use with 510-T atomizers (which have a little spike that pokes into the 510-T tank).

Best bet is to either use your 510 with a drip-tip and just drip or to go to cartomizers instead. Because the 510 cartridges truly do suck.
