I was told by SJ that he is pretty sure they are all stainless. But I had put in my info black if they have it. He said he would request black for me but couldn't guarantee that they would have it. Not a big deal for me really. But black was my preference. I just didn't like the way the stainless "held onto" fingerprints. If I do get stainless, I might take my sanding wheel to it and give it that "stainless swirl" look. Or maybe have it powder coated.... Or just leave it... Who knows.What Color did you pick
I go on the pricipal of "beggars can't be choosers" so really, any color is fine with me!
I just saw a photo of the black with the red led on and it looks sooooo nice... I got to fiddle with it in a local shop (silver) and the red led didn't look as epic. (Still cool, but the black really made it pop for me)
That and my main mod setup is all black now... So it would be cool to "start a collection" of black mods and such.
SJ wasn't sure if they are shipping them "as they are drawn" or at the end of the whole contest but he did say that he would think they would do it as they are picked so as to not have a big delay in shipping 300 units out.
I know it hasn't been stated nor did I ask, but wouldn't it be cool if there was an ECF logo laser etched into them?

Yes indeed, it all depends where it lands. If it hits Richmond BC here in Canada, I can expect another 5 days to get to Halifax. If it lands in Montreal it's here in two. I think the CBSA are quite a bit slacker in Richmond and they take their sweet time clearing shipments.

Agree. and funny you mentioned the # you were because a few nights before i got picked, we were talking in here about top 5 posters in here at that time and I had said, no wonder I wasn't winning because I was #13 and that was supposed to be unlucky. but then took it back because my Daughter was born on a Fri the 13th so that had to make it Lucky. I was #13 on winners list LOL

I got my Disrupter exactly one week after I won (UPS). My FT and FC orders usually get to me in 6-15 days (USPS/epacket). EBay China stuff usually about 3 weeks. Determining factors are: Is the item in stock; is there a China holiday; do they ship right away, etc...
