Did you get the email asking to send your details to that address?
If not, it might not be configured yet...

Nope, it's not and yours won't be either. Those are just online winners. They are posting 300 in case someone from the 250 fail to reply. So... those who won in the online drawing, better contact smok ASAP.

I'm just guessing.
It's not uncommon that support accounts are configured so you can't reply to them directly.
Think of some online vendors, or what not. Sometimes you get e-mail from them, but have to go to their page to write a reply.
Might be the case.

Either way, I guess you have to wait for the email from them and reply to that email. Might have a different reply-to address or something.
