Why do you need the list if you've already received a message from SMOK, stating that you've won one?
If you've received letter from SMOK, all you have to do now, is wait for another email which asks for your shipping details. That's it. It's that simple. Nothing to it.

Those who won on ECF, will not be notified.
They will notify 300 people who were listed by Ollie bot, few pages back. They listed 300, but prizes will go only to the first 250 who send their details. There are 50 on top of the 250, in case people don't get back to them within 10 days.

The list of names posted by Ollie Bot, does not include winners selected from this thread, who already gave their details to @SmokeyJoe.
