I'm curious how many people who received their winning e-mail will be at work during the last part of the process, miss the e-mail, and miss their chance to receive their winnings.

Only if they're at work for 10 days straight without checking their email once during that time.

In most contests, there is always a percentage of people that do not respond to winning something, for whatever reason (possibly by putting the wrong email address in etc...). I think it would be safe to say that if EVERYONE responds and the number goes higher than 250, Smoktech will probably honor those that do go over that magic number.

That would be good business sense.

Okay - I see "My" Given Name on the list, however it is somewhat common . . . Also, given the email address I use - to some - seems to be uncommon, or could possibly be thought that was a mistake given that the first word in the address has a word that is very commonly used today . . . Is there anyone to contact to confirm whether or not I actually did win as there was in the other Contest . . .

Can't force em to respond. Silly as it sounds you are right. I used to work in a western wear shop and we cleaned and shaped hat for customers for free. There was one there that had been there for over a year. It was an expensive hat and all the phone calls and even the registered letter they sent him and he signed for were ignored. People are strange. lol

Oh, Today is a great freaking day. First, I get vape mail! VW order came in, they forgot my presteeped Smurf Cake, but they'll be sending that out today, WITH a free sample to try. Then, I saw my name in the list of the 250 winners, and THEN! I got a notification that I won an $1100 scholarship for school!!

The 50 that are being shipped out today are the ones that were winners on this thread during the flash contests. Those who won on this thread, gave their mailing information to Smokey. No one has gotten the email from Smoktech yet. I'm sure if someone does, they will post in this thread.

At work for 10 days?????? Glad I never had that job. Besides more and more people can get their email on their smart phones. This really doesn't make much sense except to incite a riot.

Glad I won in the ECF 50. My Smart Phone is Dumber than a Box of Rocks. First Generation.......and on a Pay as you go plan. - No internet/email
