• Winners in U.S., prize will be sent by American service center. Others will be sent uniformly by SMOK from China.

Email them with a copy of the original notification and your information. Also that you saw your name on the list but haven't received the email from them yet.

Also, don't forget to check your junk mail folder!!

LOL... funny thing... I just did this last night. I sent an Email with the title "ECF Xcube II Forum Winner.‏" Gave a brief description, my full mailing address, phone number, email, etc. Just got a reply back saying "Hi, got your info, thanks.". Now, back to the waiting game.
