And smok said when the prizes would be shipped.

You are in the USA, they said your prize would be shipped on the 21st with out tracking information - did you expect it to be over nighted to you? For that matter it is 8:51 am in California, your mail hasn't even ran today.

Have some patience people.

We also allow members to vent their frustration.

This is so everyone knows... I just spoke to madvapes and this is what they said:

It ain't happening until it happens and bugging a Vendor caught in the stink, just like us don't really change anything.

Added employee expense, time taken from purchasing customers, delays in support assistance...........just saying

Thank you for taking the time to gather this information for us all. I think you have provided more information to the US winners than any of us have been able to gather at this point, so kudos to you!

I guess this is what I don't understand. SMOK has answered your questions right? Anytime you sent an email or message on the forum they have responded?

Personally I am grateful for the contest. I understand there is a language barrier but they have responded anytime I have sent them anything. And to top it all off I am getting one of the best mods and tanks on the market for free. I can wait and be happy doing it.

If this was something I paid for I might have a little concern, but even still they said it would ship the 21st, so I wouldn't expect it for another week or so anyways.

Same here, other than extra 18650's which are usable in most of my current mods anyways. But yes, waiting for receipt of my cloud machine before buying coils/accessories

I too am waiting to pick up batteries and a charger until the mod shows up. In the mean time I have been reading tons and tons about different batteries and chargers.

And I haven't forgotten the J-Wrap.

I think the best news from this is that it sounds like the actual cloud machines are already at Madvapes, which means the longest step in the process (shipment from China to US) is likely already behind us!

I checked on their holidays, this might add to the wait if they haven't left China yet.

If Becca came to ECF and replied questions asked in private messages, I wonder why she didn't respond to the numerous questions that were asked in the thread. I know she has been tagged several times since all the winners were announced. *shrug*

Geezus pete, they have more holidays than the post office, military, and banks combined.

I think the main problem she has in replying to anyone about anything is ENGLISH!
