Does madvapes have any in stock yet? Shipping Addresses are fine, but wonder if they don't have any to ship
When I talked to MadVapes back on Sept. 11th, They said,
They didn't know anything about any contest, but they have been getting calls from people in the contests, calls about 2 different contest that smok was having.
They (every MV shop) were all sold out of the X Cube II, and was waiting on their own order to come in.

Worst Case Scenario for US people

1. SMOK waits to see how many were going to the US.
2. SMOK Notifies MadVapes that they were going to ship them out, and they works out the details.
3. SMOK sends MadVapes the list of names and Addresses.
4. MadVapes figures out how many they need, and puts an order in too SMOK for the Mods and Tanks.
5. SMOK ships order to MadVapes
6. MadVapes gets their order and puts the Kits together,
7. MadVapes Puts mailing address labels and Stamps on the kits.
8. MadVapes Ships orders out.

Better Case Scenario for US people

1. First SMOK waits to see how many were going to the US
2. SMOK Puts the kits together
3. SMOK Puts mailing labels & Stamps on the kits
4. SMOK Puts all the Kits in one big Shipping Box
5. SMOK Ships the one big box to MadVapes with a note saying "Please drop off at Post Office"
6. MadVapes unpacks Kits and drops them off at the Post Office

ohhh... I didn't know madvapes didn't even know! That's crazy... but smoktech did say they had the 250 all ready together (ie: packaged I assume), that is why they were all coming as stainless steel models instead of choices.

But for madvapes not to know anything.. is crazy. Wonder if we should call madvapes again and just ask if they ever even talked to smoktech yet.. we never did get a smok rep here..

I'm guessing that all the prizes went out the 14th. SMOK likely sent the world wide winners theirs directly and sent all U.S. winners to MadVapes and guessed that MadVapes would receive them on the 21st - today.

At least that is what makes sense to me. No other reason I can see for holding up U.S. prizes.

Yep. Takes time for a shipment, even a regular freight shipment rather than standard postal, to get across the pond and clear customs then travel to the destination. That usually takes somewhere around two to three weeks from China if all goes well.

BTW, Smok already said they had assembled and set aside 300 kits in advance for the winners, so Madvapes didn't have to place any orders, they'll just show up there one day.

Because we prepared all the prizes in early time, so the color of Xcube ii and TFV 4 both are stainless steel.

Now here's the kicker, and why you shouldn't get too wound up expecting anything this week: If you scroll down on the link below, you'll see that Smok didn't even have the list finalized until the 16th, so that's the EARLIEST they'd package up the bulk order to ship to the US.

That's only last Wednesday, for those keeping score at home. So I'm not holding my breath waiting for anything this week. I think Madvapes will likely have them around the 30th, best case, and the first week or so of October, worst case. Then they ship them and we're at the mercy of the USPS.

Now, they could surprise me and have shipped the US units via priority freight, shaving some time off the process, and Madvapes may actually have them soon. But, you know, don't hold your breath.

It is estimated that the prize of U.S users will be sent out by Madvapes next week. Winners in other countries, prizes have been sent out from 14, September gradually.

your in the US.. Madvapes didn't get our shipping information until today.. smoktech said they were not even giving them the shipping info until after the deadline which is today..figure they will start shipping out tomorrow or the day after..

Technically, the 21st was Sunday night for China. So Madvapes probably had the email waiting for them when they got to work this am.

@Croak idk about your math but my Math that doesn't come out to 2.99

They never produced them then why bother putting it on a new page. I hope im wrong but its odd that they would put it on a new page if there is no reason for it. Now they prob just copy and pasted but why be sloppy and not remove the unneeded stuff. Only time will tell and I hope it's me that's wrong.
