No, I'm on android.
If there's any outstanding updates for it on the play store do not update it, most people have been having issues with it trying to start but force closing before it opens.

Oh I updated already and it still works. If u had been on iPhone I would have laughed as that is where it's been working best. From the reviews it seems a lot of Samsung users are having issues. That makes me think it's Samsung's bloated ver of Android causing the issue. It wouldn't be the first time touchwiz caused issues.
I'm on a Motorola, I read through some of the ratings on google play earlier, it seems loads of people have been affected by the issue.
When I was on there earlier, the smart bec app had a rating of 3 stars by 1,125ish people.

It has never had good reviews. I was shocked when it launched when I first downloaded it. They should have made sure they had a working app before making a device need it.
If you are rooted try and get a a logcat from when it crashes and send that to Smok. It will help them figure out the issues.

If you ever have an issue with an app after updating go into settings>apps then clear the apps data.
I guess MadVapes is following suit with Smok. they have to jerk us around for month before they send them out
