Wow, really, a month to pack and ship a few devices? To me that is beyond ridiculous. One person should be able to put the devices in a box, stick a preprinted label on them and ship them out in a day or two at the most. They just don't have any incentive to because they probably aren't getting paid to do this.

Anyway, I'm not complaining, it's a free device I wouldn't have otherwise. But Smok could have handled this situation a lot better than they have. I guess I'm spoiled by Innokin's contest, they did things above and beyond what I expected and set the bar high for other companies.
