Fedex never admitted to having a package for me, but there was a shiny new cloud machine on the doorstep when I got home yesterday! Haven't bought batteries for it yet, but the TFV4 works well on my disrupter at 50W.
Yesterday was my birthday, Thanks for the present Madvapes/smok/ECF!

that type of coin cell is for memory power, there's one on your computer's main board to keep your time up to date when you turn the power off at night ( yes some people do turn their computer off at night i know strange )

On a PC it's for the real time clock, not memory settings.

*edit*
This is actuality what you said, just throwing out what it's called. As crxess said, it's probably to power volatile memory that stores settings, just strange it uses this instead of non-volatile flash like %99 of all other devices.

nope but it didn't surprise me because I wasn't in the system if it was already sent. Don't think their system is that smart
Mine showed up a couple of hours after I signed up. It had already shipped when it showed so cross your fingers

Anyone have experience with J-Wraps?

Looking for one of the following:

Black Carbon Fiber
http://www.jwraps.com/category_s/2189.htm

Crocs
http://www.jwraps.com/product_p/crocs.htm

Mosaic
http://www.jwraps.com/product_p/mosaic.htm

Wondering on the texture. Do they provide a good grip? Are they durable? The mod will be carried out and about and I'm wondering how a J-Wrap will hold up on the x cube 2 while it's being banged around in a car cup holder or in your pocket with keys, change etc and how "textured" they really are. They say they are "textured" wraps but the videos I've seen look more like vinyl stickers?

Any insight would be appreciated before I pull the trigger.

After dinner and shower last night, the walk through (checking doors, windows ect...) I thought hell check. Poof there the delivery was, sitting in the dark on the side porch.

As I brought the box in, setting it on the counter, I thought I heard a sniffle, so I opened the box allowing the warmth to penetrate, there sat the Smok XCube, looking up at me with lower lip sticking out and quivering with a tear rolling down, shivering from the cool night, the worry and concern in it's sleepy long traveled eyes was more than obvious.
I was a bit concerned, after all, it has traveled a long bumpy road.

I gave it the smile and wiped the salty tear from it's eye. Rest assured.
Walking away I did hear a big sigh and one last snorty sniffle, I was sure it fell fast asleep as it began that comfortable snore almost immediately, as I left the room, I quietly switched off the lights and closed the door behind me, leaving a small crack that the light should shine in, in case it awoke before I returned.

This morning , after taking care of normal morning things, I reached in the box, it held it's hands straight out to me, and those great big and bright eye's staring straight into mine, with that gracious look only meant for the beholder, eye's clear from tears, well rested, warmed from the chill of the night, and relieved to finally be home XCube was.

We are playing as intended at the moment, both gaining that satisfaction we waited so long for, together at last.

VERY nice work Smok!

Never tried J-Wraps, but I did purchase the textured skin from Vapor Skinz before. While it is still a vinyl wrap, it does have a texture on it akin to wood grain. I have a smooth Vapor Skinz on my Snow Wolf and the vinyl is pretty thick and durable. On the textured skin, the texture is pretty durable as well. It isn't like a fold in the vinyl that will get flattened out in time.

Right behind you...
I'm going to finish this last tank with the tri-coil, for a total of nearly 30ml ( yep, 30ml in one day!) and switch to one of the RBAs (probably the dual coil first, with titanium). It's a good coil, but I could stand something less thirsty and power hungry, and I like my temp control. :)

Daddy.. I don't know anything about the skins but they are one of the sponsors of the Vapercon in Richmond VA this weekend and should have a booth. I could stop by and scope out their wares if you want.

Joan that would be great if it isn't to much of a hassle for you!

Those are the three I'm looking at to purchase. Just unsure of the texture and durability. Wish someone local carried them!

Let me know what you think?

THANK YOU!!
