Perfect, this is all great info!

So it does look like that for right now... Buying a prefabed juice is the best bet for a "complex" flavor. Then, when the time (and money) is right, buy all the stuff to start making juice.

The killer cost for me is the startup cost. I look at flavors and think "oh that's hecka cheap" but then I look at all the other stuff like nic, pg/vg, syringes, pipettes, gloves, bottles, ect and the initial cost is like $70-100 right there. To make just 120ml is about the same as buying the prefab but in the long run, having the supplies and making 100's and 100's of ml drops the price substantially.

So once I'm employed, that's no issue. But for now, prefab at $25 is a fair cost.

Or am I just totally missing what Yall have said?

3 years ago, the guy I trust the most in this whole biz told me to only buy my DIY stuff from MFS, especially the nic. Not surprised to hear he knew even then what he was talking about.

Same here, but because of cost I had stuck with WL for a long time. No more of that because I will not support a company that lies.

That's why I buy 100ml bottles of Inawera Shisha Strawberry.... using it at 16%, for a 60ml bottle it needs like 9ml.

Andria

I drop anywhere from $150-$275 every time I stock back up on DIY supplies.:(

Fortunately it Goes and Goes for a very long time, even supplying 3 Vapers.

Thank goodness (2) only use 3mg Nic and (2) are tootlers.

Now Stocked for the Vapocolypse!!!

I think I used up this months allotment of good luck.... But one of these would look good in the collection :D

Everyone can draw...... EVERYONE.....(just not always very well :D)
That's about the best I can do!!! My whole family can draw nicely ... Even my older grandkids. When I draw with my 6 year old, my hubby is the judge and he always gets confused which picture she drew and which is mine... Because, of course, we want her to win.....so I guess I am on par with a 6 yr old.....very frustrating ..I can't even play pictionary!!!!

That's what was confusing me (because total DIY noob) is that it looks like (via recipe links) that some recipes call for up to 10ml of flavor to make 120ml juice.

So although a 10ml bottle is like $2-3 I also have to account for all the other supplies I need (measuring equip, nic, PG/VG)....
Just a little confused. The DIY forum has a bunch of info I'm trying to soak in.... I think that's why I'm getting a little confuzzled...
The only risk is that you may not like the flavor. Shipping's probably gonna be the same for both sizes, but If you buy 10ml for $2-3, the $30ml bottle would probably be $5-6, so it would be like getting a bottle for free. And again, you don't have to buy the whole liter/gallon of the other stuff right now.

Save your old bottles and ask friends for their empty's, they can be washed easily. I use syringes to measure my juice, never used pipettes or gloves (treat the nic like drain cleaner, don't get it in your eyes, wipe up any spills). In the long run you'll save, and you can vape all you want because it's so cheap.

If you're going the plan on later route, start looking for some recipes you'll like, get them and the ingredients written down (I copy to a notepad first), then enter them in a calculator (I use ejuicemeup) and you'll be ready when you make the plunge. The start up is probably the only real downside I have found (besides buying more and different flavors).

My points are already starting to add up though so I should at least be in the running for one of those 250

I turned off my notifications, as I don't do social networking. It's in the office if anyone wants to use it.

Using BullCity I look at it this way. For any flavor I knew I would use alot I started buying $4 -30 ml, for flavors such as pie crust, caramel, etc... I would buy the $2 bottle. A flavor I just want to try I spend $2. When the 30 ml gets close to empty I order the 4 ounce and refill the 30 ml with it.

Most of my recipes are 15 to 20 percent flavor... but it's really rare to use more than 10% of any one flavor in that recipe, so a 30 ml will stretch far. Find a recipe you want to make and put it in a juice calculator to make 120 ml...

when I start getting into DIY I may ask for your help.. you seem quite knowledgeable.
