I'm in Cali, with pretty strict water conservation in effect..... My plants aren't doing so well :/

I pulled part of my lawn a couple of years ago and swapped in a succulent garden. Even they aren't doing so well with the combination heat and water restrictions.

It's actually a shrub I planted, a rhododendron type, azalea I believe.

I am great with things which grow naturally.. I start sucking when they don't wanna grow all by themselves though so I don't plant flowers..

I have a green thumb. Everything grows. That shrub was a charlie brown, nobody wanted it because it was not shapely so I bought it and planted it outside my front door, It got to 8 feet tall and round before I would cut it back because the blossoms were so amazing for one week out of the year.
