That's not a bad thing. They'll be well looked after, and you can concentrate on making your visits special and memorable. My dad was unwilling to go to a nursing home; that's why I was "nominated." Enjoy and cherish what little time you can give - that will do wonders for both you and them. <<hugs>>
yeah I got this bad feeling it's gonna be worse than they say :S, maybe if I was working in a office or something but one day I could be using a drill/hammer for 10 hours straight and the next day it could be a jackhammer :X
One more joke from my dad (he's in his 70's btw):
Morris and his wife Esther went to the state fair every year, and every year Morris would say, 'Esther, I'd really like to ride in that helicopter.'
Esther always replied, 'I know Morris, but that helicopter ride is fifty dollars, and fifty dollars is fifty dollars' Next year Esther and Morris went to the fair, and Morris said, 'Esther, I'm 85 years old. If I don't ride that helicopter, I might never get another chance.'
To this, Esther replied, 'Morris that helicopter ride is fifty dollars, and fifty dollars is fifty dollars.'
The pilot overheard the couple and said, 'Folks I'll make you a deal. I'll take the both of you for a ride. If you can stay quiet for the entire ride and don't say a word I won't charge you a penny! But if you say one word it's fifty dollars.'
Morris and Esther agreed and up they went. The pilot did all kinds of fancy manoeuvres, but not a word was heard. He did his daredevil tricks over and over again, but still not a word.
When they landed, the pilot turned to Morris and said, 'By golly, I did everything I could to get you to yell out, but you didn't. I'm impressed!'
Morris replied, 'Well, to tell you the truth, I almost said something when Esther fell out, but you know, fifty dollars is fifty dollars!'
I wonder how many here remember when this came out (I'm pretty sure this was the first animated gif I ever saw but I swear it looked better way back then... on my 640x480 monitor)
It depends on what you like to vape. The less added sweetener the longer your coils will last, though. A lot of the flavorings are already sweet, so not having sweetener on hand might turn out perfectly fine!

Thank you for the compliment, dear. To me, it's just cartoons - no paintings for me of the way life actually is, but doodles of the way I would like it to be or even the silliness of they way others claim it is. Kinda like a caricature rather than a portrait.
I love peanut butter with chocolate fudge brownie, but have been unhappy with the peanut butters I've tried so far. One of them tasted like carrots!I buy my DIY supplies for that one from Mount Baker Vapor. I absolutely love it. I mix it 80/20 vg/pg at 6% nic and add 4 or 5 bottles of their peanut butter flavoring. They don't sell their flavoring in anything other than 15 ml bottles or I would just buy it by the gallon, lol. Add in just a little sweetener and I have an 8 ounce bottle of deliciousness!

I don't have a lot of time to post these next two days. Today and tomorrow are the days I take care of my Aunt. Everyone in the family takes turns to watch out for her. She has dementia. Sad thing is her husband won't let her vape. She use to be a heavy smoker. I tried talking to him but no dice. Once in while I'll sneak a vape in for her. I just hope it doesn't back fire on me.
