Smoktech issues

Has anyone ever dealt with Smoktech customer service? I purchased the Fury-S and noticed that my tank is kinda wobbly when its screwed all the way on and sometimes doesn't get a good connection with the battery. I took off the top cap and noticed that there is a plastic insert that goes in around the pin in the 510 connection and its cracked. Over the last month I have sent emails to both of the contacts they have listed and I have submitted feedback and have not heard from them once. I love the "Why choose us" part of their website...

No, I couldn't find where to order it on their website so I purchased it through sickvapes.net. I'll try and contact them, I just wanted to try and take out the middle man cause I know they are just gonna have to try and contact Smoktech for a replacement.
You still have to go through the vendor you purchased it from. They are the one who has all your order details.
