Looks like a nice mech mod. I'm looking for my first and am interested in the magnetic button action. .. Are their any other mods that offer the magnetic magic?

Thanks
Kloned

The two on the left of this pic do...bit of a price jump though

Got my magneto today. Initially I'm very impressed. It's a good looking mod. The threads are really nice - especially on the lockout. It's a little long - think ill use it with 18500 more than 18650. I was initially concerned about the non adjustable pin but it works with everything I have - Cisco spec atty, mini nova, igo-l, pheonix v5, cyclone clone, kanger protank and rsst.

The only other magnetic button mechanical I can think of the Nzonic by Mad Modz. This was what Sigelei tried to rip off with their whole 19a-z with the Nzonic cap, but only used the magnets to hold the battery in place. The Sigelei 19s have a regular bottom firing button with a magnet thrown in for nothing. I think they thought us stupid Americans would just read magnets and order 1! haha..

Got my logo less one yesterday.
IGO L works great on it.
Seems pretty well made and finish is nice.
Good size for holding with 18350, but 18650 is light saber mode IMO.
Switch seems a little "skritchish", I will lube it with graphite or mallox (what we sparky's call noalox).
BTW, a thin coat of noalox is much better for car battery terminals than those little green and red rings.
Lockring works smooth and so does other threads.
Overall I am very pleased for the price.

Wanted to wait a bit before posting my thoughts. Had it for about a week now. I use my AGA-T2 on it, and I have the silicone seals for the tank so my center post has some room to drop down. My bottom post grommit was weak and it ripped so I put a new one on and held ok. I tore down my AGA and took the bottom cap and seated the pin on the device and rebuilt the aga around it and it is flush and flawless. Looks great, fells great. Buttery action. I have switch contact issues. Took it apart and lightly sanded the contacts. Still had issues. Finaly descovered that the cap locking ring wasnt fully seating causing a short. Fixed it and working well now.

Did you re-wrap the Igo? I find its factory dual coil setup, not real Mech friendly, not at 1.6. I also used noalox on all my mods and it helps

Sent from my phone with an identity crisis.

I got mine yesterday and it functions great with my ProTank, AGA-T ver 1, various cartos and clearos, as for the AGA-T series of rebuildables the fix is simple. The positive post on the AGA's is basically a floating pin, all you need to do is back the atty off a half turn remove the cap and push the post down, tighten the atty and you're good to go. For the price the Magneto is a must buy. Mine came from electronicstix.com.

Yes, I was able to use ego adapter and BCC also. I even got my Carto tank going with an adapter, but I am still very disappointed that SMOK would put out a product that is not comparable with their own accessories without additional adapters. I think they figured that out and changed the design with the next batch (now shipping with adjustable pin cap). But for those of us that had faith in SMOK and ordered early, we will apparently have to wait AND make an additional purchase to get the cap! I don't mind the wait, but I feel like having to purchase the cap is unfair.
