Interesting! But, how would you fill if you have dual SS wicks? And you would need another air hole, yes?
Or am I misunderstanding?

Too time consuming for me, interesting though. I have been contemplating a dual SS wick/Dual coil setup in a RSST. Maybe in the next two weeks.

what kind of ss mesh are you using with 70pg 30vg liquid? i can't decide whether to do 325 or 400? need to know what works best so i can order. Thanks for your help
Got an RSST to replace the AGA-T2 i had so much trouble with, i did the same process on the RSST and within 20 mins it works perfectly, apart from leaking from the 510 at the bottom, not noticed it anywhere else yet, drilled the airhole out to 1.2mm as 1mm was way too tight and made it quite harsh. Once i stop it from leaking ill be a happy chappy till i can grab an AC9 or a Fogatti.
I finally got the RSST to thread on to #19 last night by working the threads over and over. I put some vaseline on the RSST threads and just kept screwing/unscrewing and eventually I got it to screw all the way down. I then cleaned out the #19 threads with a q-tip and some alcohol and everything is nice and smooth now.
The threads on the RSST must have been messed up because everything else I tried on the #19 threaded without issue.
Any tips on making the air hole bigger without a drill? I got a ss mesh/wire setup in mine at 1.4 ohms in a svd, and I can't vape this thing for crap with this amount of airflow.
^thisTip: instead of vaseline try Noalox
Two ways. You can have your coil on the cotton wick with partially exposed coil. You can also wrap your coil with the cotton wick. Can you get a close-up/how-to on how you wick it? I missed any info on how you lay the cotton down.
