I've had the SID since June, and it is a perfectly fine tube
mod. Because the body is aluminum (same as the eVic) some folks comnplain that it is "flimsy" due to its light weight. I find that fairly meaningless however in actual terms of durability...simply a matter of some preferring a more "weighty" mod.
However, if I was looking for a "go anywhere" tube mod, I find the SID a bit large for that. I would recommend considering the
smok Zmax mini.
Overall, I think that the MVP 2 is the single all-around "best" mod on the market. While there are other mods with various desirable features, in terms of vape time, convenience, and reliable performance, it simply is hard to beat.
I have a number of mods, each with its particular feature or attraction to me, but if I had to choose only one mod to "live with", it would be the MVP 2.
BTW, I do also have the eVic, and it is by no means a bad mod, however, it does not sport a very robust board, and is not a great choice with either low resistance or dual coil
tanks. Also, although the adjustment ring works well enough, it is awful "rattley" to me.
