My horrific pictures just don't do the SS Max/DID/Kir combo any justice. They really do look
and work fabulous together.
Ha, my fix was to use the ST 2.5o DC's. For the juice I was using 5v was perfect.
It is now apparent to me that multiple vmax's are not simply a luxury but a necessity
Nice looking bud, question though, my ss vmax almost has like a brushed kinda finish rather than a high polished look like yours does. The top cap on yours almost looks more satin like my whole vmax, I don't mind it though cause you don't see that many finger prints on it but it is really noticible with the did and the ody on it since they are that beautiful high polished greek stainless. Am I loosing it or what????
I've noticed that the V1 likes bigger coils. I'm using a 4ohm single. It's more satisfying, more flavor and thicker vapor. I have a 510 to ego head adapter coming in a day or two, to restrict some airflow. I'm thinking that should help it also.
If your devices look dull or are starting to dull/fade out in clarity and sheen their is a product called "WYNOL" made and designed for polishing polished aluminum or SS. This stuff makes all that mothers metal polish or ALL the others look like toothpaste. All the motorcycle frames I've polished this is the ONLY product I would EVER recommend to keep em wet and glossy looking, and thats exactly what this stuff does. This product is a bit pricy at 15-20 bucks for a toothpaste size tube but it only takes a VERY SMALL amount to do a square foot of metal. Motorcycle shops usually carry it. It's a baby/sky blue tube with "WYNOL" written in white across the front. If you want your chrome/polished mod to look like it never has......this is the stuff you want.
Could be that different factory runs have different levels of polishing? Mine looks great but could look even better if you're really into that highly polished SS look. Understand what VAPNJ is saying....there is virtually no limit to how highly polished you can get SS with the right products and elbow grease. Virtually indistinguishable from chrome...or a mirror.
For now I'm not going to bother with all of that as this is my PV, not a showbike
Thanks fuzz and j, like I said I don't mind it cause it is not a fingerprint magnet like my stainless lava tube is, that sucker is shinney in comparison but I may one day look into the polish. I have autosol but that Wynol stuff sounds pretty damn convincing

Been vaping the SS like crazy tonight; working perfectly. I 'think' it has a little less oomph at the lower voltage settings but I'm not convinced this isn't my imagination. Certainly it's hard to distinguish this by a seat-of-the-pants feel.
The battery cap threads are better. Not light years ahead but noticeably so. Fit and finish is excellent and like I said it's working superbly. About the only criticism I can come up with so far is that it's a little more unstable when propped on its end as it tends to wobble a bit before finding balance. It will be easier to knock over than my v1 black. Not quite certain of the reason for this yet but it's really a small problem I had to reach for to come up with a negative.

In trying to get my early ViVi Nova up to snuff I have over done it as this has DCT performance with cleaner and more pronounced flavor. I use on Vmax v1@ 6volts , this could very well end up replacing my DC tanks. Some folks seem to think that I should just get a 2.5 Nova , and I will probably will, of coarse I will do the same to it. This just doesn't just work good, it excels in all areas. Could be a little bigger tank though as it runs through the juice pretty good. I just bought a Vmax in stainless steel yesterday, and I love it so far (I like it better than both my lavatube v2 mini and my lavatube 1.5 mini)

So I went to pull the trigger on a SS Vmax from Timeeast and I notice healthcabin are going to start stocking them next week, so I figured I'd wait and buy one from them.
