Have to admit.. I'm loving this thing. It's a lot smaller than I thought it would be, the pictures didn't do it justice. It has a solid feel to it, very nice fit and finish. It feels like it's made pretty dang nicely. Smooth edges, threads nice and smooth and a good vape to say the least. No noticeable voltage drop off as the battery dies either, the internals seem to do their job pretty well. Nice click from the button, feels solid enough with no rattle. Battery is held in firmly as well.

I have to say my only gripe is the screen. While easy to see, not so easy to understand at first. V's look like u's, how does ans look anything like rms and who the heck is Lou?

I do find these things minor though, and I don't find it hard to overlook them considering the vape quality. It's quickly becoming my favorite device, haven't touched my eVic since I got it.

Zmax mini + Protank full of Gorilla juice = win in my book. I will say I don't care for the way my protank's look on it though, because the device it so little and narrow. We'll see how the ibtanked Carto tank looks on it tonight.

So - how does it look?

Sorry for the late response. It looks okay, still not great though.

What does look amazing on it is an A7 SS RBA. Wow, just looks like it belongs there. I'll take a pic of all 3 on there after my a7 finishes drying and throw Em up here.

Did you happen to take a picture and post it yet? I came across the ZMax mini on Exhale Vapors last night and fell in love with the blue one. Where did you purchase yours? The price I'm seeing is $52.98 before charger and batteries. I know nothing about them so will read some of the threads, but going on looks alone I love it!

Just received mine yesterday from exhale. Way smaller than you would imagine. I think mine came out to 48.something with a discount code found on vaporjoes.

I'm kind of hoping the release an extension for a bigger battery... but only kind of.

It's such a nice stealthy little VV/VW device.

I havent taken any pictures of mine yet either but I can tell you the blue was definitely the blue I was hoping for.

So far as far as tanks -

It's made me fall back in love with my protank. I was rocking it on my MVP before and it really wasn't cutting it.

My mini vivi screams on it and vapes like a champion.

But my go to in the last 12 hours has been the Smoktech DCT pyrex.

The blue didn't match the mini so I went with black and it looks like a beast.

Loving it.

thank you Aglet I just ordered both the extension and the new end cap that's what is needed to use an 18650 battery but now I have 4 18350 battery's oh well they will get used.

You are quite welcome Douglasp, please post back as to how it works out - as I said I still haven't bought one as this is going to be used in 18350 mode for a while. Overall, I have to say I am very happy with this APV.

You could always stack those 18350's in your zmax in place of an 18650. Watch out for safety - do some research about stacking batteries. It can be very safe but there are certain things you must and mustn't do.

I personally choose not to stack, but I know it can be done.

I just picked one of these up in the classifieds and I've been looking around too.
I found Stainless steel Zmax Extension cap or Tube Stainless steel - $6.99 | DFWvapor.com, The Best US E-Liquid Made! but I've not ordered from them or tried it out yet.

I don't want to give out any incorrect information so I am quoting myself here and revisiting an old thread.

I purchased the linked extension tube for my sigelei zmax mini and it doesn't fit. It's seems to be about 1/8 too small on the diameter and will not screw in to either the APV or the battery cap.

Has anyone found an extension tube that fits the Sigelei zmax mini?

Just bought a second hand Smoktek Zmax mini, with no instructions. I watched a youtube video but it goes too fast for my tech challenged brain! Anyone willing to help me figure it out? So many display readings, so confused....

1. Is Power (or Voltage) Up - each click moves Power (Watts) up by .5 or Voltage up by .1
2. Is the same only Down
3. Turns standby off/on - standby off stops the mod from firing
4. Displays how many volts left on your battery charge
5. Sets the main display to either ohms, volts or Watts (I tend to set mind to ohms to be sure my atty is being read correctly)
6. Turns the display on/off (stealth mode)
7. Switch from volts to watts (I keep mine on watts so that voltage is automatically regulated correctly for the resistance of whichever atty I have on)
8. RMS (root mean squared) or Average - voltage read type - Always leave it on RMS

I got the hang of the screen read outs, but I have some issues with the Zmax.
I got the extender cap, from ecigsupply I think, fits great. I had one 18650 that fit it perfectly and one that was a tiny bit too wide. It lasts almost all day with the big battery.
The problems are sometimes when I press the button I'm not getting a fire, I'm randomly changing settings for some reason. You can't see the read out when you have it up to your mouth so you don't know until it happens.
The other issue is that I have condensation behind the display window. Not sure what to do about that.
