received my third order from smoktek. There was nothing I "needed:" so just ordered some little toys. about $40 total. one of these trinkets was a drip tip that was less than $2. It arrived with out an o-ring. I let customer service know and they gave me $5 gift cert. It is nice to deal with a company that is willing to give you more than you deserve to make up for somthing that was not their fault. YEA I will be spending cash here again. just goes to prove a little can go a long way!!!Smoktek above and beyond
