The coal ash spill originates in NC, pollutes the Dan River on the way to crossing the VA state line (into Tibs' territory).
EDIT: They first told us it would rain tomorrow...then 1-3" of snow...now it's 2-4"

pretty much diluted by the time it got here but the river had a greyish cast from what i read - and there's plenty of fishing going on around here
