    Humph.
    Underwhelmd had it correct....IMHO.
They are best grilled, or sauteed (with onions too). And seasoned.
Also roasted/charred. (basically same as grilled)

    But I digress.

On BBQ: When the just the tips of the pepper slices start to look burnt. Ready to eat.

I've got a couple in the fridge. Looks like supper! lol

I am kind of thinking ANY kind of pre-cooking means they will be needing
kid-glove treatment (whatever a "kid glove" is). You won't be able to STUFF
them (hence the name of STUFFED peppers)... rather, just drizzle the contents
    in.

    Contrary?

    Gripe???

I only pointed out the difference between REAL results, and what most recipe
websites insinuate the end-result will be. Fictional. It took on a life of its own
    after that.

On a side note... the stock market is making me a TAD bit queasy.

May need to freeze the peppers and opt for Ramen. The broth tonight, the noodles tomorrow.

If you build it, they will come. You could call your restaurant "Perfect Peppers".

Of course, you'll have to quit complaining, and figure out if it's possible...
    You know, try it. ;)

Minus 588+ is "mostly recovered"??? The day's chart doesn't show that.

ETA: OK... the chart I was looking at did not show the -1000 at the start.

    But still.

Owning a restaurant is something that never appealed to me. Too many temptations
to toy with crabby patrons' meals, before or after they send them back... which you
    should never EVER do.

I was nosy and wondered what was stuck on the door window of the guy who has
apparently abandoned Frisk-E. It's an envelope with "Hello" written on it, taped
to the glass. I was NOT nosy enough to actually open and read it. Scruples. But
I'm wondering if somebody left a note about the cat.

I think the last time I saw him was last Wednesday... maybe Tuesday.

I have been leaving food and water for her daily. I hope she's eating it rather than
a nocturnal creature emptying the bowl nightly.

Usage down 58% from the last 10 same-quarter usage. Bill $ down 38%.

Good point (I was cooking...! didn't see the close)
Last I knew it was "only" 2 or 3 hundred off.
it started down almost 1100, hence my comment.

I took her suggestion as a way to dissuade me from telling how restaurants treat
returned meals. Just Google it. AFTER you have dinner.

ETA: But I do recall reading how KFC batter is good to treat athlete's foot. Must be
    the 11 herbs and spices.

    Hi Tweety.

Bear, quit trying to gross me out before dinner. Or I'll retaliate with rice analogies...

If it has a Kayfun-like deck, with juice holes on the bottom, it's V1. If it has two big juice holes on the sides of the chimney, it's V2. So, which is it? :)

Forget the good thoughts. But if you could put a nice hex on those committee members, that might be helpful. You know, one of those curses that will render them temporarily lame or make them twitch uncontrollably or give them very painful hives. :)
