Heat is back on in the car, for now at least. If it (actuator) goes out again, I'll just rig it up for the winter and bypass the actuator. Don't want to sink time and money into this car. They're only 30 bucks, but still, I got it unstuck and cycled everything, so maybe it will last the winter.
