I had little bowls of "fixings" to add on top...which included my pseudo-guac (none of us like cilantro, so I left that out). Although I didn't eat mine taco style. I broke up the shells and piled everything in a bowl

I also made roast chicken with gravy, mashed potatoes, and green beans. Then I made tacos from a "taco kit," which I found to be pretty scary stuffbe that way! you have not provided any details!

But I will say it really wasn't bad at all, it was pretty good with homemade fake gaucamole...The taco kit was not my choice

Cilantro is one of those things people either like, or hate. Doesn't seem to be much in-between. I miss it in most mex-american food if it's not there and supposed to be. Even salsa. Others hate it (Both GF and my mom for example). Plenty more salsa for me.
