Hello Fran! :D
Hiya Stone, Fran and Tib :):

I will blame it on my messed up sinus :( The wind was blowing like crazy yesterday and I woke up in pain this morning..........YUCK!!!!
Hi Fudgey :)
be that way! you have not provided any details! ;)

you can compose while i walk the girls - brb!
What details do you want??? Let's see...I made pork chops with an apple and mango chutney sauce. We had edamame and a big salad with those. I also made roast chicken with gravy, mashed potatoes, and green beans. Then I made tacos from a "taco kit," which I found to be pretty scary stuff  I had little bowls of "fixings" to add on top...which included my pseudo-guac (none of us like cilantro, so I left that out). Although I didn't eat mine taco style. I broke up the shells and piled everything in a bowl :D

Hi Atty :)

 Do you add your own meat or is there mystery taco filling?
The box contains taco shells (crisped in the oven), a packet of dry seasoning, and a packet of red taco sauce/goo (I didn't try that ). You add your own meat. I also added onion, tomato, and peppers to it.
but you hardly can tell the cilantro when it's said and done :?:
Nope...I can taste it in almost anything  It tastes like soapy dirt

Cilantro is one of those things people either like, or hate. Doesn't seem to be much in-between. I miss it in most mex-american food if it's not there and supposed to be. Even salsa. Others hate it (Both GF and my mom for example). Plenty more salsa for me.
