You KNOW that she found the worst situation (but managed to get to it) and then used it as a backdrop to try and pin down the mayor/governor. Did they show all the stuff that people WERE doing? Nope.
Then she says "Is it really up to Home Depot to provide shelter? Why doesn't the government do that?"
And I'm screaming (in my mind) at the top of my volume....."because then taxes would be 100 x higher for all the shelters we'd have to build and keep stocked every 3 miles on every road just to make your .... happy!"
It's all about reasonable expectations.
