Vacuuming's done. Floors, rugs, two out of three beasties.

I started with the beasties. The one who's not shedding yet loves it (he followed me and the vacuum around for a little while afterwards). The one who really needs it right now tolerates it, but he was very clear that it was a horrible imposition, and that i was being awfully mean. The girl dog watched for awhile, but she was having none of it. No how, no way. But at least some of the fur went directly into the vacuum, without spending time gathering into piles on the floor first.

Still have laundry to do, but since the machine does all the work, it's not a big deal. Food, then netflix/nap/book. :)

hiya, frannie! it's a hibachi sunday ;) gonna feed geoff before i head to town

and just for you - a quote from my favorite forecaster :D

ONE last note. This event ..is it.

After March 26 it is over. For all of the eastern third of the US and Most of the Midwest ... except for Northern Great Lakes and Northern New England. LOOK at the pattern. Not one time since Mid November did we ever have a pattern which features a prolonged deep trough over the West coast and Ridge over the Lower Midwest and East coast

Dead . Done . Buried. Over. Kaputt.

“This WINTER is no more. It has ceased to be. It's expired and gone to meet its maker. This is a dead winter. It's a stiff. Bereft of life, it rests in peace. If you hadn't nailed it to the Polar vortex it would be pushing up the daisies. It's rung down the curtain and joined the choir invisible. This is an ex-winter.”

OK. I'm now on the "Hates Healthcare.gov" user's list.

It asked me to estimate this year's income. So I guessed. (well, it's a longer story than that, but no matter). It even says something to the effect of "if you don't know, give it your best guess."

It also doesn't say if tobacco use is e-cigs or not.

OK. So I said "no" on the tobacco...but that may burn me. I'll call a provider if and when I get to that point.

But NOW....they want me to "verify income". Like with a W2 or whatever. Now, I'm about to start a LL<something> but haven't yet. And I don't have the income documents.

So basically, they ask me to guess, then later get ticked about it. Grrrrr. I have no idea what I will make this year. It will be something (assuming I live through the stress of filling this thing out in the next week.)

I'll probably end up just paying the $95.00 fine and skipping the whole thing until I get some tax history nailed down after this year.

sigh, moan, groan.

In my state, it's up in the air as to what e-cigs are. They are debating it (I think. Now I have to be a legal expert too.)

1) My income is not known for the year.
2) My tobacco status as an e-cig user is undetermined. (I say it's not tobacco, but they may say diff).

So basically, as far as ACA goes, I'm screwed.
