Yes it is and it's only the beginning. Others will follow now.

Yes. It's happening all over the country. The faster BT revenues drop, the harder they'll go after e-cigs. They need those sin tax dollars. Truth and public health be damned.

I'm so mad and so disappointed...

Could I ever.

Pretty much everything is bad for you nowadays. They can't fix the economy, the roads, the schools, the crime, the illegal activities of any kind--so they ban stuff. Makes them feel like they're doing something.

It's ironic that they want to keep us all alive longer so they can make us more miserable, and heap more guilt on people.
Hopefully, it's only a loudmouth few pushing agendas and people will wise up a bit. Some of this stuff is OK and common sense...but it has to be executed properly without "oligarchy" (my new favorite word) control and for the benefit of the people, not to their detriment. Alas, that takes more than just "reactionary politics" and "platform posturing"...state level or fed. And big-business can .... out too.

Campaign finance reform is a must, IMHO. But I digress again.

Also, much of this has has to do with no decent ID & age-verification system for internet purchases, for anything...not just e-cigs. And if the "concerned parties" would address that issue in general, rather than for one specific case, they'd get somewhere.
