I wouldn't mind having one- but even for pretty mantelpiece i don't wanna build it myself

We're looking to pay for the weekends but leave the camper on site during the week for free. They let us do that for a few years now so hopefully nothing's changed cause none of the other campgrounds will let you do that.

Well we couldn't get the site we wanted starting this weekend. So we're reserved next weekend thru the end of July. No charge for leaving the camper unplugged during the week and running the fridge on gas. $10 to leave it plugged in. Cheap enough and we don't have to worry about the gas running out.

@CES: We're having crispy shredded beef (spicy sweet/sour crispy beef shreds with carrot, onion, ginger) over rice. Sides of fruit. Have seedless watermelon...so maybe something with that. Still have some blueberries here too. So IDK.
I'll be thinking of all you snails as I chow down.
I think there's a honey/ginger/watermelon type of dessert. Hmmm. Will look...or invent one.

Really wanted to go camping this weekend cause it's going to be nice but it gives me more time to make sure everything's in the camper. We can always have a campfire and barbeque out back.

Looks like a lot of people add lime juice to the ginger + honey and drizzle over watermelon. Sounds good.

IDK. Seems more blue background than before...quotes/likes. Maybe my monitor settings.
Anyway, dinner was good. Not sure I'll make "crispy beef" too often. Good way to "ruin" good beef. But, it ended up tasting OK. Was crispy. Sauce was good, veggies crisp-tender. Watermelon was good too.
