There have been on-again/off-again reports of bugs with autohide. But you should have seen a toobar Tibs...it shouldn't have auto-hid. Maybe you have some add-on doing it? Or bug. Or...IDK.
You'd have to see it to know what Tibs is talking about. Besides, even she doesn't know what she did. So...we're all confused.

IDK Tibs. It works for me. So does the about:config autohide=false....the toolbar stays showing. Useless option, IMO since the purpose of full screen is full screen. I only have 1 more row (bookmarks) and I can turn that off anytime and it looks the same as full-screen with autohide=false.
time to call it a day! at least i was lucky enough to activate full screen while on ecf! don't think anybody on google news or the weather underground would have jumped to my rescue!
