Mornin, snails!

Anyone have any recommendations for snow boots? I've got a wide forefoot and thin heel/ankle (on the left leg, at least) which makes sizing difficult at times. I'm not looking for the huge moon-boot type, but ones that I can walk around in. I'm sick of not being confident while crutching through the snow/slush.

I'm giving myself 3x the normal time to get to ear lowering this AM. :(

There was no need at all for that! Wow... was I running early. Roads in (relatively) EXCELLENT condition.

So, I popped into the "mega super grocery city" and picked up all the fixins for a nice pot roast tonight. Big slab o' beef, potatoes, onions, carrots, celery, mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes, and some consomme. Add about a cup of burgundy and it'll be great!!! :) :) :)

FYI:

Driveway Clearing: When clearing your driveway of snow, please remember that New York State Law requires that the snow remains on your own property. Any snow pushed, blown, or plowed onto any street is a safety hazard and may result in tickets being issued under New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law. If your driveway is plowed by a private contractor, both the homeowner and the plow operator share the legal responsibility for compliance with these regulations.

Time to get in touch with the "town hall" of the county/municipality you live in, bear. Just make sure you take the sign down first. :D

....why??? The plower does business in NYS, so s/he should be very well versed in NYS law.

Since s/he did not follow the law, s/he has :censored: for brains. It's, well... just OBVIOUS.

No! In broad daylight - full sun.

I probably would have bellowed a viking warcry while doing it. Whenever I'm mowing my lawn and I come up to a pile of dog pewp that was obviously not picked up by the dog's lazy-:censored:, good-for-nothing owner, I yell out, "I don't have a dog!" or "OMG, I must own a dog and not know it!" ;)
