Yeah, that is the plan. Learn and practice. :thumb:

The problem is that everything else keeps getting in the way. I will make time one day, just not in time to get the Tibs 2 Plug N Play model :). In reality, I would really prefer something smaller like Bap's sidewinder style creation but that would require far more modding skillzzz than I currently possess.

....but you guys don't really mind if I drool and complain, right??

not at all. that's what we're here for :)

That's OK gang.

I'm still waiting for those "super batteries" they promised us years ago (and the flying cars and jet packs and anti-gravity and...) so our massive-power APV's are all cig-a-like sized.
Yes please on the flying cars!! Bladerunner style works for me...

What's weird....(I think)...

Every time someone mentions that movie...I don't think of flying cars. I think of umbrellas with glow-lights for the handle, and "walk now, walk now, walk now, don't walk, don't walk, don't walk". IDK why. Not really the androids/replicants, or environment, etc.

Was a completely cool visual effects movie. A bit depressing though.

No way you live in NY. ;)

There are babies in NY. Take "me + snow + car = coward". I used to work at home on days like this to avoid driving.

Advisor call set for 10am. I wish he did not use the term "conference call"... it takes me back to "those days" and just makes me feel queasy.

I mostly remember how dark it was throughout the entire movie...

i liked the movie, but the setting was depressing.
I was obsessed with Bladerunner when it came out. The Frank Lloyd Wright apartment, the Bradbury building (Los Angeles, of course), Sean Young in retro 40s clothes but with 80s shoulder pads, the whole thing basically. I was angry when they released the DVD and it wasn't the same movie anymore....
