I think one of the reasons folks railed on him was because he was trying to pass himself off as a guru yet he didn't even understand basic stuff. That's the part that I had a problem with because of the potential damage he might inflict on newbies ...
strange - he did not show up under a regular member search but has moved on for whatever reason - so what's the purpose of that thread?
Nothing good, IMO.
That kind of stuff usually gets corrected. Besides...we all make mistakes. IDK. I just avoided it. Kinda like watching out for thorns while hiking. They exist. You avoid them.
I'd use bears as an example too....but some people may take that the wrong way.

What's so odd about this weather is that areas south of Atlanta are expected to get 3 inches of snow yet the north side gets just a sprinkling; normally it's just the opposite as you would expect.

they've changed out prediction from "just a dusting" to at least an inch....i hate it when the winter weather advisory goes up AFTER i get to work.

That was exactly my thought process. Seems I've lately been gauging future events based on what the weather will be like THEN.
