Fun facts: Time Warner is headquartered in NYC, at least for now. They opened the building 10 years ago at Columbus Circle (after an extensive demolition and rebuild), but now they are apparently considering a sale. When they sold some of the apartments back in 2004, one of them was the most expensive apartment in the US.
