Time to vent...

...First it was igHome blasting random audio ads out of nowhere (ie: no accompanying video).

NOW YouTube is playing audio/video ads (on the right) while one may be listening to music or watching something OF INTEREST. And I see no way to disable it.

I also believe EVERY video is now "monetized" with pre-ads. I am unable to recall the last time a video will JUST PLAY when clicked.

Time to start looking for a hack.

Need to vent again...

...We had a new sliding glass door installed last February (or so) and I have been negligent in staining the new moulding around said door.

I've been unable to find the matching stain, so I called the manufacturer of the door to find out if I could buy a quart from them. They said only the installer has access to the stain (via special order) and I'd need to have THEM do it.

You have GOT to be kidding me!!! Eff!!! WHY???

So... unless I want to pay through the nose... I'll need to get something that's CLOSE and then SEE IT for the rest of the door's life. Nobody else may notice, but *I* will.
