and i forgot doggie crunchies yesterday - another trip to town coming up. already yesterday stores were a mad house!

raining here ATM, we're hovering near the freezing mark, and just at the line where rain changes to freezing rain. The forecast is confusing. Ice possible over the next few hours, then we may go above freezing in the afternoon. Then ice or sleet or snow is possible again tonight and/or Wed. Out winter storm warning is through tomorrow at midnight.
UAB is currently on a delayed start until 11am.

morning, ces! with a little luck that delayed start will turn into a snow day before you have to get on the road!
Yep, there's a thin glaze of ice on outdoor tables and deck railings. Just depends on when and what time it goes back above freezing. The actual temps yesterday were about 5 degrees below forecast- that'd be enough to keep us below freezing all day. I can work at home if it comes to that.
