Celebrating 4 years of the Tibs.
I'm sure most remember that tibs was an ice cream truck driver in Harlem and the story of how she was setup by Paris Hilton (see story below), but I wanted to give you a little background on how/why tibs got to the U.S.
When she was just a young little girl in Germany, she had a dream of being a ice cream truck driver and owning a donkey. Her parents wouldn't let her so she ran away to America to fulfill her dream. When she got here, there wasn't much of an opportunity for her because she was an illegal immigrant.
But as fortune would have it she met up with a very nice man (his name just happened to be Pepper too, he was a doctor). Dr. Pepper saw real potential in the young tibby and lent her the money to buy her first ice cream truck. She became successful and was able to pay Dr. Pepper back and buy a donkey. And now we know the rest of the story of our Tibby.
Tibby's career as an ice cream truck driver/owner.
Here's a picture of Tibby dressed up as an ice cream cone.
When dressing up as an ice cream cone didn't work, she tried the .99 cent promotion
Tibby fell on hard times when the .99 cent promotion didn't work and figured she would try just giving it away to promote her business.
The free ice cream promotion really worked well. It brought in hoards of people.
Tibby's ice cream business was going great now, but she needed to be one step ahead of her competition... so she turned to bikini's and ice cream. Guess which one Tibby is? German ladies look great with blonde hair.
Just when she had turned the corner and had become Harlem's most famous ice cream truck driver... the unthinkable happened. She was accused of a hit and run.

Here's Carlos Danger exalting Tibby's innocence and claiming Tibby was set up. (Carlos is now employed by Tibby as her landscaper)
Here's a picture of the judge's stunned look when Tibby claimed her innocence.
Tibby claimed she was innocent and was set up. When it looked like she was facing years of confinement for something she didn't do, she hired Inspector Clouseau to save her. Who else would you hire?
Inspector Clouseau solved the case and vindicated Tibby. Paris Hilton had set Tibby up because she was upset that Tibby looked better in a bikini than she did.
Tibby has now retired from driving an ice cream truck in Harlem and has moved to Virginia to raise donkeys.
It was all in good humor. pun intended.
