Unfortunately, the wifi at work is slower than my home connection, so I don't know if there will be a chance to check in while at work. And I discovered today that I am now working in the first building ever that I can't get a cell signal

So, those EU regs look like they will drive a lot of small vendors out of business. IDK about the device selections as a result...probably poor...which is what Classy was mentioning. I think.
It's interesting that they don't regulate non-nicotine stuff. I predict a lot of DIY in Europe's future. Flavors with added plain nic-base. But restrictions on max-ratio for nic could get in the way. However, since flavorings are concentrated, I suppose that could be OK too. Just add a "flavor shot" to the plain base you order.

pretty sure they consider nic a tobacco product that's why vaping 0mg e-juice carries no restrictions or regulations

It's all too much for me (legislation). Even the people that we elect, who are supposed to understand all this crap,....don't. Or if they do, what they are saying publicly makes no sense, so there must be another agenda in that case.
