Remember that I said that I'd have to rework it, due to all the electricity going through the button? Well, the button just failed. Took quite a bit longer than I thought it would. lol. Going to have to go re-work it soon. Moving on to a backup device for now (eGo).

great! that nap should have you going til 11 or 12 tonight. Off for a run.... early. It's 59 degrees and sunny. YaY! It just won't get over the hump to 60.

Is it still below freezing Fran? I assume so.

We've had several places here in my state where the water mains to the houses froze due to the overly cold temps. Now, I assume that that's not the issue with your stuff, but I mention it just in case and food for thought. If it's on the drain-field exit from the tank(s) it could act like a "clog" and just let the tank fill up with no exit for water.

How old is the drain field?

I've been meaning to do some maintenance on my one single evod head. lol. Now is a good time...........
That or wind a new coil for the RDA that works with an eGo.

A couple years ago, the restaurant-at-the-reservation-smokeshop was having their septic tank dug up. As I was finding a parking space, I noticed two people were puking in the parking lot... which I thought was odd. Until I opened the car door. It was like a FIST of STINK punching the face... assaulting the senses. A zoo elephant enclosure smells better. I slammed the door shut to make a plan of attack. I waited in the car until a closer space became available, which took a while. A great big inhale... open the door... DASH into the smokeshop. Inside, there were DOZENS of people waiting to leave... but not daring because of the thick miasma that awaited beyond the door. It was stuff of a nightmare.

Hubby plowed out back and dug up the septic. Water bubbling out the cover, Leech field is either froze or collapsed. We'll get it pumped to buy us some time.

About all ya can do, really. Not fun trying for a new field in this stuff. (Hope it doesn't come to that).

A neighbor of mine just had their septic tank pumped...in dead of winter just after major snow storm. I didn't ask. Because, well, I didn't really want to press the issue. I was wondering if they had trouble. I'm not sure about it all, since they are "just moved in" so I thought maybe he and she didn't know better. Then I thought...uh oh...maybe worse. Then I thought...don't ask. It's pumped.

Luckily, I had mine pumped out this past summer.
