I'm going to venture out and get a special dessert for after dinner.
And... gonna print out the details of prescription "auto refill" and flap it in somebody's face and ask why they did not live up to their promise. I'll enjoy THAT the most. Need I say it?

So here's what happened...
... I calmly told the pharmacy assistant what transpired this past Monday (the 10th) when I stopped in to pick up the scripts. "Auto Refill" says quite distinctly "When you have less than a week’s worth of medication remaining on your current prescription, we’ll automatically refill it for you." It was last filled 11feb14. The person on Monday said it would be filled Tuesday the 11th... and she would not even ATTEMPT to have it filled on the 10th... when I was already THERE in the store. She would not BUDGE... not an INCH. So, I had to go back today.
The end result is that my prescriptions were FREE today. Only $12, but still... FREE.
And they will tell that person-from-Monday that she was wrong and caused an unhappy customer.While picking up dessert (a 9-layer "Death By Chocolate" cake @ $27), I decided to get the entire dinner there. Their prepared foods are VERY good. It ended up being the cake and five more carry-out containers. The guy at prepared foods (extremely smokin' hot and friendly) went out to the front of the store and brought me a cart!
So... the super-ultra-mega-grocery-world-universe-palooza-fest-athon rocked my day!!!

Husbear received an SOS from his Mom that she "lost the picture" on her new (as of Tuesday) TV that Hus bought, took over, and set up for her. PROBABLY, just a wrong remote button pushed, but impossible to troubleshoot over the phone with a "seasoned citizen".
He's ....... I'm a bit more understanding. She (and my Dad) are 84 years old. "On/off", "channel" and "volume' are their past experiences. Not a 9"x3" remote with dozens and dozens and dozens of buttons that do who knows what. One spaz of the finger can cause untold problems. I've been there. At least 3 times. Hus was a virgin. His cherry is now popped.
So, home alone for now.

Do not even SUGGEST that we play matchmaker for his Mom and my Dad. I would need to hurt you.

For dear Atty with regard to health care insurance rates:
An oversized envelope appeared in today's mail from the "sleep center' re: April 1st appointment.
The postage was $1.82. EIGHTEEN (18) PAGES of questions and crap.
I got through the first 4 or 5 and decided to STOP after 2 questions in specific.
I went back to the second page and wrote:
"The only thing I need/want is a new CPAP unit. That is ALL I need/want. Any other procedure or test will first be communicated to my health insurance provider as "questionable". I do not understand your need to know the frequency of my sexual escapades (jaw hits table) or the percentage of mornings I awake with an erection (jaw goes right to the floor). This is pretty much bull
."
Yes, I wrote that. In ink. And that is as far as I go. They crossed MY line.
Who the HELL do they think they are???

lol, bear - as to your 'sleep' provider, run a test for me. i really don't think anybody looks at that mountain of paperwork you're supposed to fill out and bring to your appointment. i have started to mark questions with n/a that i don't think are any of their business and so far nobody ever checked back. fill yours out that way and see what happens
