just got back from the run and enjoying my first dogfish head brew. tonight's selection is dogfish Aprihop. It's a dogfish 60 i.p.a. (indian pale ale) that's brewed with apricots. As always dogfish doesn't over do it and produce a beer that taste like u were drinking a apricot, but rather, just the essence of the taste of apricot with the hoppiness of an i.p.a. Excellent... if I do say so myself. and I do.
