Taxes were basically done. It was just a matter of checking and copying. After depreciation we took a loss so no owed taxes. It was a super crappy year for work. 2014 has been much better so far.

harmless????????????? poor husbear needs his rest and you anticipate the arrival of the garbage truck backing up your driveway! you should have been out there rolling the cans to the curb first thing ..................

Actually, I had to pay the amount my parents' owed for their taxes. Which is just about double my return. Small price to pay for keeping them from starting retirement with my accident(s).

I was speaking of the landscapers and their vehicle.
All done with jury duty...and it was come by with honesty.
Civil case...They pretty much kept people who had nothing at all to say during the voir dire.
They excused the lawyers, anyone who had a small business, anyone who'd been involved in a contractual disputes (which i was when i was an association treasurer). It turns out that i have a bias against punitive damages. A mild one, but I realized that i set the bar higher for punitive damages, vs compensatory damages. i didn't realize it til they asked. I finally got to see a judges chambers, cause they wanted clarification, I asked the person who called me back if i could request that they call me Dr. rather than 'miss' ...
Time to grab some lunch and decide whether i really need to go to work this afternoon.
